Frequently Asked
Questions

Selisco is open to young individuals who feel the need for emotional reflection, support, or
therapeutic guidance. Whether you’re navigating stress, identity, confusion, or deeper emotional challenges — this is a space for you.

Not at all. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek support. Selisco welcomes those simply seeking clarity, grounding, or a space to better understand themselves.

After you submit your basic demographic details, you’ll receive a consent form. Once consent is given, you’ll be directed to a reflective screening questionnaire. A professional will then carefully review your responses before reaching out.

All your personal and sensitive data is stored securely and handled only by authorized mental health professionals. Selisco adheres to ethical standards and data protection laws to maintain your privacy.

Selisco will charge the school students at a very affordable price, depending on the individual’s needs and our therapist availability. Details will be shared with you after your screening is reviewed.

We collaborate with specialised mental health professionals, including clinical psychologists and counseling psychologists, who align with Selisco’s mission of gentle, intentional support.
