We understand the deeply personal nature of mental health work. All information shared with Selisco — whether through forms, sessions, or communication — is treated with the utmost care and confidentiality.
- Your personal data and session content will only be accessible to authorized mental health professionals involved in your care.
- We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others)
- For clients under the age of 18, relevant updates may be shared with parents/guardians only with the client’s consent, except in matters of safety.
Your privacy is not only a legal right — it’s a core part of our ethical practice.
Selisco follows a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure respect for both clients and mentalhealth professionals.
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The session was cancelled by Selisco or the assigned therapist.
- A technical error prevented the session from being completed.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the missed or cancelled session.
- If a client misses a session without notice, the fee is non-refundable, as time has been reserved.
- Each therapist’s time is valuable, and we appreciate your understanding.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. You are welcome to reschedule your session underthe following conditions:
- Sessions may be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance at no extra charge.
- If a session is rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, it may count as a late cancellation.
- You can reschedule directly via the confirmation email/calendar link or by contacting our support team.
- Sessions are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise stated.
- Please ensure you’re in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection for online sessions.
- If you’re under 18, a brief parental orientation may be required before your first session.
- After your screening, Selisco matches you with a qualified mental health professional based on your needs.
- While we try our best to accommodate therapist preferences, availability may vary.
- You are welcome to request a change of therapist if you feel the current fit isn’t working — no explanation is required.
- All official communication will happen via email or through the Selisco platform.

- Please do not use WhatsApp, social media, or personal therapist numbers for session-related communication.

- Speak respectfully with therapists and staff Honor session boundaries
- Avoid hate speech, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior (these may lead to service termination)
